  DUTIES

•    Co-ordinates tasks/activities associated with the implementations of procedures and monitoring and reporting on sequences or outcomes
•    Plans, priorities, schedule roads project and maintenance work.
•    Communicating with the immediate superior and establish plans, priorities and schedules roads and storm water project.
•    Defining skill gap and training and activities procedural sequences aimed at developing and capacitating individuals.
•    Collecting information from field reports, inspections and contractual documentation of inclusion into management reports.
•    Completion investigation reports, recording details of findings from inspections / observations and forward to senior manager.
•    Prepare statistical information for burial and availability of space.
•    Assessing the procedures, system and controls associated with vehicle plant equipment and material availability and utilization.
•    Inspecting facilities and surrounding and arranging for defects and or maintenance requirements to be attended to.
•    Investigating accidents / incidents with a view to accurately describing detailing facilitate /  sequences to facilitate reporting updating of registers and records

•    Partake in weekly maintenance meeting and action all items due as per the action plan.
•    Accept safety clearance prior to carrying out of any maintenance work.
•    Accept Job-cards from the Engineering Clerk prior to carrying out of any maintenance work.
•    Supervise Electrical work carried by the external Maintenance contractor
•    With the Senior Plant Operator, carry out a three minute risk assessment prior to carrying out any maintenance work.
